HOW DOES THIS WORK?

1.  If you are experiencing one or more of the above issues and want to get your 7 inch connext screen rebuilt, place your order on this page for the mail in service here on this page. Be sure to confirm your part number matches the list below.
2. For USA customers, you will receive a pre-paid UPS mailing label sent to your email.
3. Print the label, place your display in a box, attach the label to the box, and drop the box at any UPS store or UPS location.
4. For international customers, follow the instructions in your email confirmation to send it in to US.
   
5. We will rebuild the display within 5 business days, test it, and send it back to you.
