2010-2014 Tige Medallion Display Removal

1. Remove chrome bezel from glass using pry tool . Tape is located on screen perimeter

2. Remove 4x phillips screws to free black mounting plate from dash.

3. From back of unit, remove Yellow RCA video plug, and 6 pin connector. Remove 2 nuts and remove bracket securing display to black plate. Unit can now be removed

4. Reinstall chrome bezel with RTV clear silicone

2015-2020 Chaparral Vortex Medallion Display Removal

1. Reach into helm and remove nuts that secure faux carbon fiber bezel to fiberglass dash.

2. Swing bezel forward so you can access connectors. The connectors have a tab lock to squeeze before removal. Remove the connectors. The 7" VIper 2 models use only a single ethernet cat6 Cable. Shown below is the 6.5" Viper 1

3. Remove 4x nuts that secure the aluminum plate , the display can now be removed.

2015-2017 Malibu 7" Medallion Display Removal

1. Applies to lower right Primary 7" Display

2. Look at the back of the screen, remove two phillips screws on left side

4. With 4x screws removed, the front brushed metal piece will come off

5. Press locking tabs on harness plugs and pull away from display to remove all plugs

2013-2017 Mastercraft HV700 7" Medallion Display Removal tips- your boat may have differences

1. Turn off master switch and remove plugs on back of display

2. Use 1/4" deep socket to remove the nut holding the 3 clamps in place

3. Remove clamps and remove display from the front. It may be a tight fit.

4. Remove trim ring bezel from display with small hex wrench prior to sending it in for repair
