This screen is the HV700 or HV700HB and is the majority of our repair orders for Mastercraft boats. These units were used in 2013-2017 and were offered in touch and non touch versions.
The most common issue on touch versions have an issue called ghosting or ghost touch, where buttons are randomly being pressed. We also see areas where the touch is frozen or unresponsive.
Finally, it is common to see LCD defects like black spots, black screen, fading image, yellowing, UV burn, stripes, or random colors being displayed. Our repair service fixes all of these.
These smaller screens typically get burned or UV damaged LCD. You can swap it over pretty easily. No need to replace the entire unit, just transfer the new LCD.
This 6.5 inch non touch display has 3 main failure points. The front lens can become cracked, sun faded, yellowed or hazy. The LCD can be sun burned and yellowed and difficult to read, with sometimes stripes or lines. Finally, the backlight can burn out, leaving a dark or dim appearance on the screen. We have a mail in repair kit for DIY'ers and also mail in repair services on these units. No need to replace the entire thing, its always just these parts that go bad.
This was a one year only touch screen, made by Medalllion. It is 6.5 inches measured diagonally and commonly delaminates, backlight goes dark, and has touch response problems like frozen or unresponsive. We have a DIY repair kit for careful installers, and a mail in repair service to take care of all the issues.
These smaller screens used rubber buttons on the side. They are known as the HV450T. On certain models, there are two of these screens to the left and right of the wheel. On other Mastercraft models without the optional 7 inch screen, this was the base screen. We typically see touch issues, like ghost touch, unresponsive or frozen, and other LCD problems.
These center dash screens were called referred to as "skinny pete" and are the non-touch screen variant. The part number is SP700E or 78350776
We see the typical LCD defects like black spots, black screen, fading image, yellowing, UV burn, stripes, or random colors being displayed. Our repair service and DIY repair kit fixes all of these, no need to replace the entire unit display unit.
This system is on the X and XT series and uses the PV700 TCS touch screen, new for 2019. Gone are the physical rubber buttons from the older HV700 and we now have a matte finish full touch screen.

The typical issues we see on these units are delamination, which is a watery bubble glue leaking inside the screen. We also see unresponsive or frozen touch sections on the screen. We can fix these issues and have several repair options. Check below and let us know if you have any questions.
This PV1100 display is known as the black label and has several common issues we see. Frozen or unresponsive areas of the screen, right side frozen, left side frozen, etc. Sometimes we also see peeling or bubbling of the border- allowing for water entry and causing permanent damage. There can also be bubbles appearing in the center. All of these issues are fixed with our replacement LCD touchscreen.
This system is originally made by Enovation Controls and is referred to as the "observer" PV500-LT display. It is 5 inches diagonal and we commonly see delamination bubbles as the common failure. Factory part number is 501302. Click the button to check available repair options.
