I had both a 12 inch and 7 inch Medallion screen that delaminated. When I found out the cost to replace them I was told to check with MTC about refurbishing them. I mailed both screens to MTC and in less than a week they were refurbished and returned. I can't say enough how easy it is to work with MTC and the screens are now installed and working fine.

I’m not going to lie. It was a little nerve-racking to send my screen in! However, I’m glad I did!! It works perfectly and turnaround time was extremely fast!
The finished screen looks like new and has as good or better screen clarity than the original screen with all of the screen functions appearing to work like new. I won’t have a chance to actually test it until boating season rolls back around, but have no doubt it will work great. The only minor complaint I have might be is that I got a call about the plastic screen back being cracked and I was under the impression that it was going to be swapped with another screen back that was on hand. Not a big deal, but I would have gladly paid extra for a replacement. For us owners, when you put the screen back in on a Malibu 12” screen don’t over tighten the 2 screen suspension screws. Mine was cracked during the original warranty replacement by a tech that must of gotten over zealous with it.
my connext display was just about unreadable sent it in for repair within 8 days got it back & it's like a brand new unit great work, great service , & great price IMO if you have a problem with your display send it to mtc screens you won't be disappointed
Charles has a great solution for a poor LCD product design. His customer service is excellent. His knowledge and experience makes his technical support excellent as well. The DIY video is spot-on. The LCD screen is great, shipping was fast, and the price is unbeatable. Overall a great value!

I purchased a refurbished upgraded touchscreen for my 23 LSV last winter and sat on it until the summertime. The screen was off a little bit and its calibration which made it difficult to use. Dealing with the situation also long, Charles rectified the problem just last week as our ski season is over and he stood behind his business and offerings. He sent me an entirely new screen last week and is working awesome! In addition to that, I had a problem with my main screen last year, but ultimately didn’t work and he refunded me my money. I mentioned a dimming issue with the main screen in my communication with them last week. Unexpectedly, he included a tiny item that rectified the problem. I appreciate him graciously going above and beyond make sure I was taken care of.

Instructions, service and turnaround time were impressive. Unfortunately, the switches button and the lights button don’t react like the rest of the screen. Sometimes it takes five or six presses of different intensity to get them to work. Still waiting on a response regarding correction on the issue.

The team could not fix it at first but offered to send it to the manufacturer and get a reboot then they downloaded the program. I appreciate their work as my screen is obsolete and I was struggling to find a replacement.

I'm so glad I made the decision to repair the computer in my 2013 MasterCraft X2. I didn't think it was possible until I found out about MTC screens in the MasterCraft forum. I sent the computer to MTC screens when I was on vacation and it was waiting for me when I got back. Plugged it in and it works absolutely perfectly. The profiles and settings were even still there! I've been using the boat for a month now and the computer is working perfectly!
