Does your Medallion Viper 2 LVDS module have a damaged or bent ethernet pin connection?

No need to buy a complete new module! We can rebuild it and replace the damaged RJ45 connectors only.  You can save thousands of dollars by going this route.

This is a mail in repair service, where you will send your Viper 2 unit in to us for rebuild. It takes 10 business days to complete and return. We inspect and replace the damaged connectors.

HOW DOES THE MAIL IN SERVICE WORK?

1.  If you are experiencing one or more of the above issues and want to get your Medallion Viper 2 Module rebuilt, place your order on this page for the mail in service here on this page.
2. For USA customers, you will receive a pre-paid UPS mailing label sent to your email.
3. Print the label, place your display in a box, attach the label to the box, and drop the box at any UPS store or UPS location.
4. For international customers, follow the instructions in your email confirmation to send it in to US.
   
5. We will rebuild the display within 10 business days, test it, and send it back to you.

How do I know if my ethernet ports are damaged?

The most simple way to check is a visual inspection. If you see bent, corroded (white residue) or missing pins due to water or salt exposure, that is usually your issue.
