LCD Lines

LCD failure causes vertical stripes, random colors, or other visual artifacts on the display.
UV Burn/ Yellowing

Sun damage causes the LCD layers to turn yellow and crack or discolor
Dark display

Original CCFL backlight burns out, leaving a dark or dim screen that's difficult to see in sunlight. We replace it with a brighter, longer-lasting LED backlight.
Peeling plastic lens

Is mtc design better than the original?

Our design is our proprietary anti-delamination design, and should not suffer from the common issues. In addition, we use a durable LED backlight that is brighter than the original. Finally, we add a nice anti-fingerprint coating that resists water spots and fingerprints.

How to remove from the boat?

Check behind the screen, remove the two nuts. Disconnect the plug. The screen comes out from the front with the chrome bezel attached.

Is there any programming?

No. With all repair options, all of your settings remain the same. For refurbihsed units, you can change your controls under the switch- setup menu.

How do I know this will fix my issue?
