Mastercraft BIG display BLUE SCREEN issue, also for Tige Touch 1 and Maliview 10 button

Having blue screen issues on your older Mastercraft BIG display?

It's very common and even more commonly misdiagnosed. 

This also applies to the other following systems that use the same design:

  • Tige Touch 1
  • Malibu Maliview 10 button Displays

So what's going on?

Well, the first thing to understand is that a blue screen means your display is working properly. 

Blue display means it is waiting for a signal from the yellow coaxial cable that plugs into the back.

Here are all the possible things to check if you have a blue display on your Tige Touch 1, mastercraft BIG or Malibu Maliview 10 button display:

  • Check yellow cable is plugged into the back and also the blue module.
  • Verify rca yellow coaxial cable is not corroded or damaged in any way.
  • Ensure the connection on the motherboard has not been broken on the screen and the medallion blue module. 
  • Test blue module has power and is functioning normally. 
  • Load test your batteries.
