Fix John Deere 2630 GreenStar 3 Delamination: DIY Repair Guide for Delaminated Bubble Screen

MTC Screens John Deere 2630 GS3 Repair Kit

John Deere 2630 GreenStar 3 (GS3) displays suffer from internal glue failure. This causes bubbles, leaking adhesive, and frozen touch controls. MTC Screens provides a permanent, gel-free solution to restore your equipment for a fraction of the dealer replacement cost.

Why Delamination Occurs

Original John Deere 2630 displays use a liquid bonding agent between the LCD and the touchscreen digitizer. Heat and vibration cause this adhesive to break down. This chemical failure creates a bubble starting at the edges. The glue often leaks out of the housing, creating a sticky residue and causing the touch interface to fail.

The MTC Screens Solution

The MTC Screens upgraded design is 100 percent gel-free. Our DIY kits include a high-quality, matte anti-glare digitizer and a color-matched LCD. We eliminate the root cause of the failure by removing the liquid adhesive layer entirely. Your restored screen will never develop bubbles or leak glue again.
