These core units have a brand new MTC upgraded touch screen already installed and fully tested. No programming needed. 

Important note : Core exchange is required. You must send your core unit in within 14 days to receive a $300 credit on your order. USPS shipping label for core return will be in the box for USA orders only. International orders - you will need to send back the core unit at a local carrier.
