Having issues with your 6.5” Medallion Touch Display control module?
You have come to the right place. These original units were designed with a LCD/Digitizer assembly bonded with glue that can delaminate.
We have spent the last 2 years designing and testing improved replacement LCD/Digitizer panels.
We now offer 3 options to restore your unit:
Mail In Service: Place your order and you will receive a pre paid mailing label. Box your unit and send it to us. Within 3-5 business days we will install the new Gen 2 LED screen and send it back to you. No programming needed.
DIY Option: You will receive a new LCD panel and follow our video to install it yourself.
Refurbished unit (Malibu Only): You will receive a complete display with a new screen already installed. You must send your core unit back in within 30 days.
What issues will this fix?
Delaminated , bubbling, peeling, leaking glue screen
Unresponsive or frozen touch
Random or erratic touch (Ghost touch/ Phantom touch)
Black or dim display- burned out backlight
How it works (Mail-In Service):
Upon checkout, you will receive a UPS pre-paid mailing label sent to your email. Print it out, remove your unit as shown in the video on the installation page. Carefully package it, attach the label, and drop it off at any UPS store or UPS center.
We will fix it and send it back within 3-5 business days. It is highly recommended to double check your address.
NOTE: International return labels are not currently supported- you will have to mail it directly to us in the USA. We can mail it back with UPS international no problem, just not able to send you a pre-paid label to mail your unit in.
If you choose the DIY option at checkout- We will send you the improved design LCD panel and touch digitizer- but you will have to install it as outlined on the Installation page. Please check this video first to ensure it is something you can tackle before ordering. No returns or refunds if you damage the product during installation.
With either repair method, our updated, patent pending glue-free design display assembly will be installed in your factory unit and all touch response and appearance will be restored.
This preserves your settings and requires no programming. Retains a 100% factory OEM appearance. No loss of resale value or functionality with this repair.
