Having issues with your 7” Medallion Viper 2 Touch Display control module?
These original units were designed with a LCD/Digitizer assembly bonded with glue that can delaminate and cause many touch issues.
We have spent the last 2 years designing and testing improved replacement LCD/Digitizer panels. No need to spend $4,500+ at the dealer for a new unit when you can rebuild your existing unit with our improved design LCD panel at a fraction of the price. By doing so, you reuse the parts that are still good (housing and internals) of your unit, while replacing only the defective parts with an upgraded, modern design.
How it works (Mail-In Service):
Upon checkout, you will receive a UPS pre-paid mailing label sent to your email. Print it out, remove your unit as shown in the video on the installation page. Carefully package it, attach the label, and drop it off at any UPS store or UPS center.
We will install the new patent pending Generation 2 upgraded LED display panel and send it back within 3-5 business days. It is highly recommended to double check your address.
NOTE: International return labels are not currently supported- you will have to mail it directly to us in the USA. We can mail it back with UPS international no problem, just not able to send you a pre-paid label to mail your unit in.

Installation Options:
To better support our customers, we now offer two methods of repair.
The most common mail-in service is where you remove your module, mail it in to us, we put the new panel on and send it back.
However, if you are mechanically inclined and want to save some cash, you can choose the DIY option.
In this case, you will receive a replacement LCD/Digitizer assembly to install it yourself

Warranty:
1 year warranty comes as standard on all products. Choose the optional 3 year warranty for extended coverage.
